The Amelia is PP's women's dress shirt — the most formal piece in the women's collection and the one that most directly bridges the gap between the resort blouse and the composed dress. The Amelia linen dress shirt is cut longer than the standard PP women's blouse — the length of a dress shirt rather than a blouse, worn open over a ladies linen set or belted as a dress in its own right. The construction reflects the same certified Belgian linen and natural button standards as the rest of the PP women's collection, with the specific distinction that the colourways drive specific fabric choices.

The colourways and their fabrics. The Amelia is available in seven colourways, and the fabric varies between them — an important distinction for the buyer who understands the difference. Coral Orange, Violet, Oyster, and Hibiscus are crafted in certified Belgian linen. Pink, Blue, and Lemon are crafted in natural linen. The Oyster colourway is the only one finished with walnut buttons; all other Amelia colourways carry seashell buttons.
