Terms and Conditions

1. I bought an apparel, but it does not fit me. Can I replace it?

Yes, you can surely replace the order, but the item has to be unworn & unwashed. For replacement, you can drop us a mail at store@pieterpetros.com

2. If I receive a wrong product can it be replaced?

We make sure that all our orders are shipped right and that’s why this scenario is most unlikely. But if it does happen, please raise a replacement request by writing us at store@pieterpetros.com

3. How do I place a replacement request?

It’s simple!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our PP store, be it due to a wrong sizing / damaged product, you can return the product to us. The replacement request has to be placed within 14 days of delivery.

Please Note:

  • Merchandise must be returned to PP store within 14 days of delivery.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. No stained, damaged, or odorous items will be accepted.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, hygiene liners, including any hang tags, attached.
  • Jewellery, and Sunglasses are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible for exchange.

Process for Returned Products:

  1. Write to us on store@pieterpetros.com
  2. You can send us the package via preferred courier partner, we suggest FedEx, DHL or UPS.
  3. Or, you can take advantage of our Complementary VIP service, where we will pickup the package, free-of-charge.
  4. Once we received the returned order and it is in the same condition, we can Exchange the product in below mentioned exchange types.
    • You can get the Product Exchanged for a different size.
    • If you want to purchase a different product we will issue you a store credit for the invoicing amount of the product you are returning.

It can take 14 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service you use. We do recommend to take advantage of our complementary VIP service, then we will pickup the package with International Priority shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return.

5. How will I be refunded for the return?

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive the items from you.
  • Refunds are provided in the form of store credit equivalent to the invoiced price of the item purchased.

PP Store Credit

  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in your preferred Currency.
  • Store Credit is like cash.
  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from pieterpetros.store (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
