The cloth needs enough body to hold its line when standing and walking, and enough fluidity to move correctly with the body rather than resisting it. The cut. Linen trousers for men should be cut with a straight or slightly tapered leg — close enough to read as intentional, generous enough to allow the natural drape of the fabric to function.
